Abstract:For improving the lubricating condition of rolling bearing of roller of section mill,the washing device is designed by forging plant of Laiwu iron and steel group,Co.,Ltd for washing and etecting the offline bearing.At the same time the sealing stracture of bearing is reformed,the service life of bearing is increased,the burning loss of bearing is decreased,the working efficiency of mill is increased and cost consumption of production is decreased. Key words:roller;bearing;lubrication;seal 1 前言 轧辊轴承是轧机的主要受力零件之一,它分为径向轴承和轴向止推轴承。轴承的稳定运行是保证设备作业率、提高轧机小时产量的关键因素。为延长轧机轴承寿命,应确保轴承的润滑和密封到位。莱芜钢铁集团有限公司锻压厂(简称莱钢锻压厂)的轧辊轴承通常是在高温、多尘、水淋和冲击重载条件下工作,其拆装频繁,轴承磨损和劣化快。因此,加强轴承的润滑和密封显得尤其重要。 2 轴承的润滑 改善轴承润滑条件是指在轧辊系装配前轴承的清洗、检查、更换和加油。莱钢锻压厂型钢车间现有两套轧机机列,分别为Ø450mm×1开坯机列和Ø350mm×3中精轧机列,其中Ø350mm成品轧机为高刚度短应力线轧机。 为了改善轴承润滑条件,莱钢锻压厂根据轧辊轴承座尺寸自行设计制作了一台轧辊轴承清洗装置,目的是对离线轧辊轴承进行清洗,并检查其使用状况,有缺陷立即更换,没有则视情况继续使用。图1为轴承清洗装置原理简图。
